If you’re looking to take a more custom route, a design fee may apply. Design fees are based on the scope and complexity of the project and are discussed upfront before design work begins.
+ Base Price
The base price applies to clients ordering from our pre-designed catalog of saunas. This includes the standard model, core materials, and baseline fabrication as outlined in your proposal.
Prices starting at $38,500
+ Add-ons
Any changes or upgrades to the base design are reflected here. This may include material upgrades, layout changes, exterior features, or additional accessories.
+ Electrical / Site Work
Running electrical to the sauna site is the responsibility of the client and is typically handled by a local licensed contractor or electrician.
We provide:
Detailed drawings and electrical specifications
Heater requirements and load information
Support to answer contractor questions as needed
Electrical costs can vary depending on location, distance from the main panel, trenching requirements, or whether an electrical panel upgrade is required.
